Kids training

Kids training based on cardio and bodyweight exercises is essential for growing bodies as it helps strengthen their bones and muscles and builds muscle memory which helps with other sports and activities. Kids need at least 2 hours of physical fitness between the ages of 5-18 one hour ongoing 60min of structured intense exercise suitable to their age, and another hour of free play outdoors. Children under 5 should do 3 hours of 30 min each light exercises a day.

Exercise will improve their coordination, and cognitive function and improves gross and fine motor skills. Exercise pumps fresh originated blood to the brain which simulate the growth of new cell connections releasing happy hormones and the ability to self regulate moods and behave better overall in the class room, and also helps them to solve problems better. It delays the aging process of the brain which reduces the risk of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s later in life.

Apart from that kids learn discipline, responsibility and they make new friends, they are also more likely to become active adults. Exercise also improves posture, prevents them from becoming overweight,and type 2 diabetes. They sleep better at night and form a positive self imagine and new confidence about themselves. Paired with exercise kids also need a healthy diet.
